We take immense pride in our product and its proven results. However, if you find yourself less than satisfied after consistent use do not hesitate to contact us.
We understand how it feels to try something new in skincare. Maybe you haven’t had the best experience with past products and you’re still trying to figure out what’s right for your skin. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in choosing AIJAN, which is why we offer a 30 Day Guarantee for all of our products.
As with most great things worth striving towards, change doesn’t happen overnight. This is even more true for our skin. And if your skin has been chronically distressed, it may take longer to notice these changes. We kindly ask that you really get to know and use our products daily for at least 28 days to determine if they are right for you.
Return Eligibility
A product may be eligible for a return or exchange if it meets one or a combination of the following conditions:
- The product arrives faulty.
- The product arrives damaged due to mishandling in transit.
Damaged or faulty items must be accompanied by photo proof to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
We may honour some change-of-mind returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. In this situation, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
30 Day Guarantee*
*Available to new customers or customers trying a product out for the first time.
All new customers are welcome to try AIJAN for the first time with a 30-day guarantee if not satisfied with the product. To qualify for the guarantee:
- Contact us via email detailing why you weren’t happy with the product.
- Our support team may ask for before and after photos (if available) taken while consistently using the product as recommended on a daily basis.
Please contact our customer support team for further assistance. Refunds will be processed after your return has been received. Please allow up to 14 days for the refunded amount to show up on your bank statement.
Returns Process
- If your order is eligible for a return, contact customer support via email at [EMAIL ADDRESS]. Write Return in the subject line along with your Order Number.
- In the body of your email, include the reason for the return.
- We will provide our return address information if you are eligible for a return. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.*
- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send you a follow-up email regarding the status of your return.
- If you are eligible for a replacement, we will send you a new product immediately.
- If you are eligible for a refund, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after. Please allow additional time for this to appear on your bank statement.
*Unfortunately, we can only cover the shipping costs of a return if a product arrives faulty or damaged. Please share a photo of your shipping receipt for reimbursement.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.
